Mine is not the usual story. Today, 1/21/24, I am exactly 100 pounds less than I was in 2003, twenty years ago. In August of that year, I chose to have gastric bypass surgery, sliced open from the pelvis to my sternum, straight up the middle—an ugly scar that served its purpose.

All of my modalities work on pets. I will say, however that itchiness is by far the most difficult thing to conquer, simply because there can be so many causes and there’s usually more than one thing going on at a time.

I actually work in 64 chakras, but the first 7 are the ones we will discuss here. Every person that works with chakras probably has a different theory or opinions. This is simply my understanding. As always, take what you need and leave the rest.

Wonderful! So many are called to help others. And you are already a healer. If you have ever calmed a crying baby, listened to a friend, fixed the booboo of a little one, or held a loved one as they cried, you are a healer.

Do you talk to your body? Most people only do so to hate on themselves, or a part of their body. Rarely does anyone thank each part of the body for how it has served them. Did you know you can have a conversation with your body? And it will answer you.

How did I get to where I am today? I was working in I.T. for almost three decades as a Business Analyst, very successfully. In 1995 and 1996, I learned Swedish and Deep Tissue massage at one of the top massage schools in the country.
